Pastor Cher D. Winkley is a Preacher, Teacher, Gospel Artist, Author, Mentor, Entrepreneur that spends her life focusing on Ministry, Music, Missions, Media and Movement.  She has been in the Ministry for over 20 years and her Ministry Mantra is Reading the Word of God completely through within a year.  She prays and encourages others (Believers, Pastors, Churches, and Ministries) yearly and daily, through her leadership of reading it almost 30 times, to join her on the journey of knowing Christ through His Word. She has produced her first album, Beloved’s Notebook, available on all digital platforms, and is currently producing her second, Beloved’s Notebook Vol. II to available on the same.  She has a heart for Missions and travels across the world sharing the Word and Love of God to young men, women, and children.  She also ministers and shares on television and radio stations both Nationally and Internationally, while owning and hosting a viable Podcast, available on all digital platforms abroad. She mentors Preachers, Ministers, Women both young and old all throughout the year.  She inaugurated a movement called, “I’m a Girl Movement” focusing on empowering young women for positive living and spiritually productive results.  She also started a Women’s Fellowship called, WIMFAM (Women in Ministry Fellowship and Mentorship, in 2018 that focuses on mentoring Women in Ministry and in Life.  She owns two businesses and is an aspiring author. 

The grace that God has given her to live what she reads and preaches, produce what’s in her heart, travel the world, share with its constituents what’s on God’s, and balance her personal life is likened to none other.  She attributes all of who she is and what she has to Who God is in her.  It is her desire, determination and discipline to share that with everyone she comes in contact with, even via her website.
